A friend had told me about her amazing broker (Stu) who had assisted her with previous real estate transactions when she lived in NSW and was again assisting her with another purchase in Darwin. I was impressed by her feedback but reluctant to reach out.

I thought that surely since I was located in Darwin, the smartest option for a good mortgage broker was to go local. I was wrong - our experience with our first broker was quite stressful and not successful.

Feeling disheartened and a little more aware of the process, we reached out to Stuart and it took off from there. Things moved along quickly from the initial email and online meeting. It was such a positive experience to deal with Stu. Distance made things interesting but was not a barrier. We appreciated the open communication, effective action, solid experience and sense of humour that came with Stu's service.

In November 2020, we moved into our new home a few hours after settlement was completed. We can't recommend Stu and the team enough for turning 2020 into a great year for us and our family.
